Sincere condolences to Bro. Ryan, Sis. Raquel, Sis. Kathy and the entire family. We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Sis. Ruthella. We immediately reflected on the wonderful memories we had created as we sang at different events sharing the gospel of Christ in the early years.
She was truly a beautiful person whose smile lit up every room she entered and her encouraging words strengthened many a weary soul.
May you be comforted by the love and peace of God, the fellowship of family and friends, and the memories of a life well-lived.

I had known Ruthella for over 55 years thru church affiliation and years ago had spent some Sunday afternoons at her parents house with her siblings.
She was 'exceptional' and a most gracious person. It was a pleasure to have known her.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of my Sister in Christ, Ruthella Smith She was a young lady who always embraced me with warm hugs and a winning smile as she displayed her genuine love of the Lord that she openly expressed. Memories of Sis Ruthella and her sister, Kathy, include the many times we ministered together in song at Kelly Zuill´s several concerts back in the day.
Bro Ryan, we send condolences to you and your entire family knowing that we share in your grief as we together seek God´s comfort, strength and peace as you travel through this valley of grief.
Sis Ruthella´s witness has led her into her final resting place where she awaits for us all.
Until then, we will miss and remember her earthly presence.

Ruthella was my childhood Mahalia Jackson, and a classmate at Prospect Primary. I passed her house on the walk home from school. Her Mom gave a warm spread of love and kindness. Ruthella's radiant smile was still there the last time we met into each other on the street. May her soul rest in peace until that coming day when she will arise to the sound of the trumpets.

I met ruthella who I met in UHC bermie Bermuda district church. over the years we sang on both p&w along with choirs together at church events.
she was called to SING.she ministered and touched every single time to folk souls. I'm glad I knew her. she was a great person to know.

T stands for her always having TIME for you. seeing you even. that was her through and through.
H stands for the HELP she gave so willing out to her loved family members come what may.
E stands for the pure ENJOYMENT that she brought into other lives for she was all in it. she was a great lady.
L stands for how very well LIKED that she all was by everyone everywhere.
L stands for how well LOVED by all that she was indeed.
