Tracy, Trina and family you have my deepest condolences. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not heal!! Your mom was such a beautiful Lady, I got to know her really good when I worked at Southampton Princess and she worked in the Bank there. She was my favorite Teller. We hit it off right away. We would even have lunch together in the cafeteria and we were close there after. It would make my day when ever I would see her and we would talk. She had a beautiful sprit and soul. I'm going to miss my aunty who has been in my life since birth. Many times my sister and I hung out at her home when she lived in Wellington St Geo...playing with Trina & Tracey. My cousins I really feel for you at this time...you girls had a tight mother daughter bond. May you hold onto the great times you had with her. There are many in Sheila's family that I have not met and do not know. However I sincerely send my condolences to ALL of you.
I have fond memories of and with Sheila going way back from when I was a child. My dear Grandmother, the Late Iona Morgan nee Reid wanted me to learn how to play the piano; so each week I would visit Sheila's home to have lessons with Aunt Anita.
Sheila was older than I, so we did not play together, and yet there was a relationship there. As adults Sheila was fun, and yet serious. . . . Very giving. Her friendship certainly enriched my life. Here in our later years we made a point to telephone each other in the month of October, as we both had a birthday that month. Now I will not be able to do that anymore.
Going forward I am just going to buy one exotic flower from the florist re October 8th in memory of her, as she was "special" to me. I will miss her. With her passing, - my world just became a bit smaller.
