To the family of Sheila Phillipsia Furbert,
Phillipsia, as some of the Crisson girls loving called her; I can’t believe she has passed. As Phillipsia would often say “what can I say”!!
I am truly saddened to hear that your mother has passed. Michelle, you may recall that Sandra and I visited your mother a few days before her passing and while it was difficult to see her that way, it gives me peace knowing that we were able to bring her some joy and comfort in her last hours. When we got there, you said that mom was not responding and after much prayer and singing, Phillipsia started to respond. This is something I will always remember, she was a true fighter. Take comfort in knowing that your mother had made her peace and I do believe that she is with her heavenly father.
