Sending my condolences on the loss of Mrs. Johnson. She was my Principal at East End Primary and she always held a place in my heart for her firm guidance, compassion and affection towards her students. She will be surely missed by many.

I met Sheila back in the late 60s when she came to Pennsylvania to be a counselor at GOGF Camp under the direction of B. Sam Hart. We became instant friends, and remained so up to recent years. I found in Sheila a dear friend. We had wonderful conversations through the years. I visited her in Bermuda and she visited me in Dallas after I had relocated. Although we had not made connection in the past 7-10 years, last week in curiosity I looked up her name to try to reconnect, and saw that her memorial service was taking place. Such mixed feelings. Grateful for eternity; sad for missed opportunities here.
May you know the God of All Comfort as celebrate her gifted life.

We are saddened to learn of Aunt Sheila's passing and send our deepest condolences to our family and friends. We've witnessed Aunt Sheila's charm throughout the years, and watched as she would pour her charismatic joy, her positive energy, and her beautiful smile that she gave to those around her. We were blessed by her wisdom, and the fond memories of our trips to New York will always be cherished. Auntie“s spirit is a shining light that we will forever carry on within us -- and with those who she has left behind. We love you Aunt Sheila. May you rest in peace.
Lovingly remembered and sent by: Zena and Mackie Jubilee and Shona Simons from New Jersey, and in loving memory of my dad (Earlington "Smokey" Simons) who brought us together.

"Miss Simons" was my very first teacher, at West Pembroke in 1970. She was a fantastic teacher and left a lasting impression on me. Even years later she would remember me and my family. She was a brilliant teacher and a wonderful person.

Our heartfelt condolences to Shelia's entire family and friends. Sheila was indeed a blessing to you and so many others and will always be remembered with warmth and affection. She was a member of Friendship Bible Coffees under the leadership of the late coordinators, Mrs. Elmira Hunt and Mrs. Lois Simons. She will be fondly remembered by many friends who met at the late Mrs. Janet Tolaram and Mrs. Edwina Smith's homes: Janet Lambert, Althea Ratteray, May Smith, Cynthia Stovell, Wilma Yearwood, Grace Swan, Ianthia Eve, Valerie Smith, Laura Augustus, Edith Douglas, Annette Simmons and many others. She loved the Lord and was not afraid to spread God's Word with those she came into contact with.
Hold on to the fond memories of a life that was well lived and loved. May God bless you with Inner Peace.
Lovingly submitted,
Stuart, Annette Simmons & family

To the family of Sheila, you have my deepest condolences. Sheila was my teacher at West Pembroke. She was the absolute best teacher. I ran into Sheila many years ago while working at Harrington 100s, and after all the years of not seeing her, she called me by name. The child in me still remembers how sweet she was as my teacher. At this time I pray that God will comfort you during your time of sorrow.
