Dear Sonia,
Please accept our condolences on the passing of Suzanne. Your Mother was certainly larger than life, and it was a privilege to have known her. My how the time does pass. It seems as if we were chatting just yesterday, during the America's Cup in Dockyard!
May Suzanne rest in Peace and may you be consoled with the memories of such a wonderful woman.

Dear Sonia:

Mummy has left us wiith so many precious memories of a one-of-a-kind mother....and friend. She lived fearlessly, never turned down a new adventure and loved with her entire being. She had a wonderful eye for design and could transform a room in no
time. She loved her garden and could grow the biggest and best! She was prettty awesome in the kitchen too...even though she seldom followed a recipe. In
summary, to know her was to love her. She has gone on to another adventure, free of all earthly encumbrances, and I know she is soaring with the angels. May all the memories you hold dear to your heart comfort you as you transition, and may the love of family and friends further sustain you

You are in my heart. With much love to you and Pete.j

Twenty five years ago Suzanne announced with great excitement 'I'm going to have an adventure!!' She set off for Spain where she studied art, partied with her friends and neighbours, travelled and created wonderful memories. That was Suzanne- a life filled with 'adventures'.. Just days ago, despite her oxygen line, she was planing a supper party at her home, a boat trip with family and a visit to Swizzle Inn with her buddies.!
She packed so much into her life with humour, enthusiasm and energy-an inspiration to us all.! We miss her so much and won't forget her. Gill, Patrick and Dixie

Sonia, I will cherish the times I spent with your mom while I lived in Bermuda. She was a special soul with a zest for life. She found joy and beauty in simple things like her garden when it began to grow or watching a mother hen with her chicks. We laughed a lot. She was funny and she had a good sense of humor. She loved to sing and we sometimes would belt out a song while driving around in her car. There was a deep, spiritual side to her, too and we often discussed related issues. She was inquisitive about life, death, religion. She had an amazing life; living abroad, crewing on a sailing yacht, having her own business, and traveling. Above all, you were her greatest joy, Sonia. She also loved her friends and her furry buddy, Amber. No doubt, she will be missed, but the lives she touched will remember her with affection. She had a generous heart and was always willing to help others. I miss her already but grateful for her friendship. My fondest memories will be of the many times we spent swimming in the beautiful waters of Bermuda. God's peace and blessings be with you and all who loved her.
