Sylvia and (the late) Leon, were key players in the early development of the club and the initiation and promotion of our junior sailing program.
Their service and contribution in the early executive laid the foundation for the club.
They will be fondly remembered.

Dear Angela and Greg,
My condolences to you and your family on the loss of your beloved mother who was such a precious soul. My family were your neighbours for many years and I hold nothing but fond memories of your lovely mother bearing that radiant smile and soulful beautiful eyes that shone kindness whenever she greeted me. I recall how she would greet me in a higher pitch as if she was singing out to me; reflective of the love and respect that neighbourly families were like back then. She was very sweet, gracious and kind hearted and carried herself with such elegance.
For the young impressionable girl that I was, these are the sort of feelings archived and I appreciate that you each formed a part of my childhood. Much love always to Angela, Kenny, Greg, your dad and your darling mother. A mother´s embrace is everlasting after she lets go...May her soul rest in peace.

My memory with Nana Smith was I had the utmost privilege for caring for Nana Smith.
I enjoyed every moment with Nana Smith from preparing Nana Smith with her personal care until she was able to fo it by herself. It didn't take Nana long she was determined to be able to care for herself.
My memories with Nana Smith was cooking her breakfast to observing her administered her own meds, she always made sure she blood sugar was taken and blood pressure. My fondest memory was going to her therapy appointments with her she was so determined to get back some of her memory and she did ok the therapist released her and said she can continue on by herself as she done well.
Oh and my trip with Nana Smith and her family was the best trip ever, Nana was always up and ready to go out and did she like to shop yes of course.
Until that sad day came Nana Smith came to my niece memorial with Ebony and that was the last time she was active.
When I got that call about Nana Smith I couldn't believe it cause she was just at my niece memorial my heart broke into pieces.
Nana Smith was a strong woman and always reminded me that she is going to be okay when that day comes.
Nana always look so beautiful in the house and going out there was no flys on her.
Nana Smith Robert and I is was missing you at the breakfast table in the mornings.
My heartfelt condolences goes out to the family and friends.
