I had the pleasure of meeting Torrie at CBA. He was a very bright and talented youmg man. I will miss talking to him on facebook. Reminds me of the saying, 'only the good die young.' You, his family, are in my prayers and may you find comfort in God's word and in each other, Amen! My condolences!

Lori, Claudia and the entire family, may GOD comfort and strengthen you in the days ahead. Torrie was so well liked throughout St. George's. I will miss that beautiful smile and the polite conversationa we had at Somers Supermart. Family be ever so proud of this young man the late Torrie Baker, he was truly an angel on loan to us.

To the Baker family during this very difficult n heart breaking time as we mourn the lost of Torrie. We know by his Homegoing service that he carried a spirit of love n respect n done well in his quest in life. Even though we see him no more, his great achievement in life will always be locked tight in our hearts as he made many proud as an astute young man. His presentation in life was a testimony by the vast amount of people whom gave their last respects n the honorary Fire Service display made everyone proud of what he done in 25 years. May God continue to strengthen the family during this difficult time. "Weeping may endure for a night, but hallelujah, that sweet JOY comes in the morning ......GOD BLESS!!!!! It's just no hard,as to not seeing him here in United Airlines office with us.He was so caring, professional in his work, also would ask us if we were alright. Torrie we will miss you here. You are unreplaceable at United Airlines.I can still hear Grimes calling you on the radio,"Baker where are you", I need your help. Tears flow daily as we enter the room for morning briefing. I met him as a very young man working in Somers. He was ALWAYS pleasant, polite and helpful. He went to school with my daughter and I am also aware of his incredible musical talent. Claudia, Lorrie n family, at an extremely sad n hurting time we now face, words n tears cannot tell what our hearts n minds was not prepared for. I can only send my most deepest n heartfelt sympathies to each of you as Torrie was a true inspiration to many folks whom opportuned that privilege to meet him. His personality would have drawn anyone to accept him as a real straight up and most respectful young man with awesome potential. He chose his walk in life majestically as we all saw by his will to apply his knowledge and love for life in a positive well rehearsed manner. As I reflect back over the times with Torrie at Somers, he was one of the youth that I knew was applicable to that scripture, " Train up a child in the way he shall go n when he is old, he shall not depart from his training".
