To : The Family of Warren Williams
My family and I extend our deepest condolences re the passing of a giant of a man who happened to also be a well rounded musician/songwriter/vocalist. My relationship with this genious (I am a guitarist) began in the decade of the 1970s when he asked me to consider backing up The Harmony Four quartet, an enriching task which I totally enjoyed up until 1983 when I migrated from Bermuda. I still cherish the wonderful memories we shared during that time period. Warren, like Apostle Paul, fought the good fight, ran the race, kept the faith, and henceforth there is in store a crown of righteousness for him in Glory! We continue to hold you up in our prayers. I remember one year a hurricane hit Bermuda, and we were without electricity for several days. We had no TV or radio to distract us. However, every evening the Riviera neighborhood was treated to a concert. Uncle Warren went on his back porch with guitar in hand and sang one song after another. At the end of his solo concert, he received loud cheers and applause. He used his talent to brighten everyone´s day. He was the best!!

My sincere condolences to the Williams family at such a sad time. Will always remember the joy, excitement and blessing received when listening to the "Warrenaires" in church. In fact, I was humming a few of those lovely songs the other day when I was walking about the house... so uplifting and encouraging. Mr. Williams was a great singer, musician and leader of others... and was not ashamed to share his God given gifts with others.

May God and his promises bring the Williams family comfort and strength; and may he push to the front of their minds, all the good, wonderful ,uplifting and joyful memories of Warren for them to treasure and share.

To the Entire Williams family. We have lost a gem and renowned musician. It was a joy and pleasure to be a part of the Warrenaires for over 30 years. (Soprano). We rehearsed, sang, ministered and traveled overseas as a group and what an impact that has had on my christian journey. You will be missed Brother Warren

May each of us be comforted by the beautiful memories that we hold in our hearts. and know that the prayers of your friends and extended family are with you during this difficult time. What a major loss to the family and the greater community. A Gospel Legend with many talents who organized Gospel groups such as The Harmony Four, Poincianas and the magnificent Warrennaires. The groups traveled near and far, witnessing that God understands. He wrote many song, wrote and directed plays that incorporated real life issues. Uncle Warren we knew your time would be soon but you never murmured a complaint. Your kind spirit and desire to meet you mama and daddy are etched in our minds. The many memories are of comfort. Rest well Uncle Warren you were well loved. Your neices and nephews, "Gaynawl", Russy, Buddy, Tricey, and Melly. "As you were"!

To the Williams family you have my sincerest condolences. Warren had a masterful voice and he left his imprint on music for Bermuda and the Seventh Day Adventist church. I remember his return to Bermuda in the late 60s and the immediate impact on Gospel music. I pray for all those who mourn, and may he Rest In Peace.
