WILLIAM ROBERT MAUTE JR was born in East Orange, New Jersey on April 20, 1937 and went to be with his Lord & Savior on December 30, 2017.Bill attended Clinton Grammar School, South Orange, New Jersey, and Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ.Bill graduated from Hampton Du Bose Academy, in Zellwood, Florida in 1955. After graduating High School while working for Jon Engle Horn & Son, Newark, NJ, he attended classes studying accounting at Fairly Dickenson University.He met Martha Paul, a senior at Barrington College, RI in 1957. They were married in June 1958 and celebrated 59 years of marriage.Bill loved to play his violin and used his musical talent on many occasions especially in church and for eight years in Bermuda and then in Florida and Wyoming. He will be forever remembered for his kindness and generosity to everyone.He is survived by his wife Martha, 2 sons, Bill & Kirk and their families, sister Phyllis, 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.Living in Clark was the highlight of his life. He met many people here who quickly became his friends. He enjoyed Ranch living, raising buffalo, horses and other farm animals. He was never as happy as when he was sharing his love of the ranch with his family and friends.A celebration of Bill's life will be conducted at 1pm on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Bennet Creek Church, Road 1AB, Clark, WY. Viewing will take place at the church between 11.30am and 12.30pm.
