Leaving much loved husband Garry, son Peter, granddaughter Skye and brother John.
Funeral service to be held at
York Crematorium on Tuesday 16th December at 11:00 am.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to be divided between Hull Animal Welfare Trust and St Leonard's Hospice, a plate will be provided as you leave the service.
