I remember when we were both in same class for kindergarten and 1st grade. We occasionally played at each others homes, and I think we were in Girl Scouts together. I was always missing the bus home. One time, when I was 6 years old, I walked several blocks from school to her house so I could call my mom to come get me. I remembered the way to her house, thru all those streets, turns, etc., but not to mine! Needless to say, my mom was not happy, but we had fun till my mom showed up! We were also in Girl Scouts together, going on several camping trips. I lost track of her until about 4 years after graduation. I heard her voice thru an open window at Wayne State, laughing with other students during down time from classes/studying. What fun it was to talk to her again! I remember her always smiling/laughing, wanting to help others, very friendly! We recently moved back stateside (husband military), and I started looking for her again, with no luck. I'm so sorry that we didn't stay in touch. but I know she's still smiling down on everyone! I hope you'll greet me when I enter Heaven!
