St Luke's Hospice, aged 63.
Josephine will be missed by all of her family, friends and colleagues.
Funeral service to take place at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium on Monday 11th December at 12:30pm. Any donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to St Luke's Hospice, Sheffield MIND or Ben's Centre.
