of June Nettleship
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of June Nettleship on
Thursday, 22nd May 2025.
June was a loving wife, a devoted mother, and a fiercely loyal friend. Her spirit was vibrant, her laughter infectious, and her love—immeasurable. To know June was to feel her strength, her warmth, and her unwavering support. She touched countless lives with her compassion, courage, and that spark only she had.
She is now reunited with her beloved son Craig, who sadly left us in November 2017—a bond never broken, even by time. We find comfort in knowing they are together once more.
June leaves behind her devoted husband, Peter, and her wonderful son, James, who brought her immense pride and joy. Her love for them was the very heart of her life.
She was truly one of a kind—a force, a light, and a heart full of love. Her absence will be deeply felt, but her memory will live on fiercely and forever in the lives she so beautifully touched.
She will be epically missed
and eternally loved.
The funeral will take place at Rotherham Crematorium on Monday, 16th June at 1:15pm. All who knew and loved June are warmly welcome to join us in celebrating her remarkable life.

So sorry I can't be with you today but I have many fantastic memories of June growing up on Webster Street.never a dull moment she was certain a character and will be deeply missed by all sending so much love to all the family.rest in peace June .you was loved .xxxxx

I have lots of memories growing up living next door to auntie June. From seeing her and her and her mum and dad and her first husband Gordon who tragically died at work. She was a lovely lady who was loved by my mum dearly. I also have fond my of her bopping with my dad in her high heels. She will be missed so very much.
