Sad to hear of Ken's death. I first met him 25 years ago when I joined Grenoside's local history group. Ken and I often walked together down to and back from meetings. We'd talk about local history, the old Middlewood Hospital where he used to work, gardening, the St. John's Ambulance and his trips to Jerusalem to help with training out there. May he rest in peace.
