Kim Passed away peacefully in
St Luke's Hospice on 16th January 2018 aged 55 years.
A beloved mum, daughter, partner, grandma, sister, auntie and
friend to many.
Funeral service and cremation at Grenoside Crematorium South Chapel on Wednesday 7th February
at 10.00am.
No flowers by request please but donations if desired for St Luke's Hospice may be given on the day
