(Phil) Sadly passed away on 16th June 2018 at St Gemma's Hospice, aged 59 years. Loving husband of Maureen, wonderful dad, grandad, brother and friend to many.
Funeral service will take place at Rawdon Crematorium on
Tuesday 3rd July at 11.40 am.
Flowers welcome, but if desired donations in lieu can be given to
