Passed away at Cedar Grange Nursing Home, Launceston, after a short illness aged 86 years. Thanking all who cared for Hazel. Her Funeral Service will be at the Glynn Valley Crematorium, Bodmin on Thursday 1st February at 1:30pm. Formal dress please.
