TUGWELL Andrew Paul 'Andy'. Passed away on Wednesday 26th June 2024 at St Lukes Hospice, aged 62 years Deeply loved and will be sorely missed by partner Karen, parents, brothers, daughter, grandchildren and by all his family and stepfamily. A service of celebration for Andy's life will be held at Weston Mill Crematorium Ferndale Road, Plymouth. PL2 2EP on Wednesday 17th July 2024 at 12:15. Family flowers only please. I´m so sorry to hear this. My parents were in Tavistock Round Table and we had a lot of fun as kids both at Table events and Tavi Primary school. Sending my condolences to the family.
