Bernard TIPPINS Obituary

TIPPINS Bernard passed away peacefully at home in Holcombe on Thursday 5th February 2026 aged 79, leaving wife Sue and sons James and Wycliffe and three grandchildren. Celebrated paramedic known for his dedication to Dawlish through St Johns Ambulance, Salvation Army and Scouting. Ceremony to be held at Exeter Crematorium at 2:30pm on Tuesday 24th February.
