PENNY Cecil Brian Walter Peacefully on 26th December 2025 at Tiverton Hospital. Cecil aged 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Sheila, loving dad of James and father-in-law of Claire. A much loved brother of Bob, the late Betty, Freda and Olive.
