GIBSON Christine Joyce 6th September 1927 – 25th April 2025 Passed away peacefully on Friday 25th April aged 97 years. Beloved Friend of Biddy Crowcombe (deceased) and Margaret Bush (deceased). Loving Godmother to Kirsten, Karen and David.  Aunt to Rebecca, Rachel, Jasmine and Daisy. Born in South Shields, she was a highly respected and well-loved member of the Dousland and Meavy community and church. A long life well lived including many happy years teaching in Kenya, Dorset and Devon.  An expert and passionate gardener. The funeral service will be held at St Peter's Church, Meavy on Thursday 29th May at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
