WINDSOR Cynthia Jane Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 4th November 2025. Aged 72 Years. Loving wife to Melvin, Mum to Jason, Simon & Craig, Step-mum to Amanda and Nanny to 13 Grandchildren, C ynthia will be greatly missed by all that knew her. A service is being held on Tuesday 25th November 2025 at St Peter's Chapel, Exeter and Devon Crematorium at 11:30am. Donations in memory of Cynthia are for Hospiscare and Cancer Research UK and can be left via retiring collection Mitchell Funeral Services, King William Street, Exeter. EX4 6PD 01392 272682
