PHIPPS David Harvey Past away peacefully at Torbay Hospital. Devoted husband to June for 64 years, a loving Father to Tony and Liz, Father-in-law to Elaine and Martin. A special Grandad to Sam, Erica, Alistair, Angus, and Great-Grandad to Amelia, Heyden, Joey, and Ava. Fondly remembered and sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at St. David's Church, Ashprington on Thursday 11th September 2025 at 13:30pm. Please wear something green.
