Howard Palmer Obituary

PALMER   Howard Martin  Passed peacefully on 26th December, aged 85  years.  Beloved Husband to the late Janet, and a cherished Father and Grandfather.  His funeral service will be held on 23rd January, 1.30pm at Torquay Crematorium.  Family flowers only please but donations to the  RNLI and the Alzheimers Society can be made online at www.oliverjknapmanfuneralservice.co.uk All enquiries to:-  OLIVER J.
