COOPER Ian Raymond Passed away peacefully on Monday 2nd March 2026,  aged 83 years.  Beloved Husband and Dad. Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Kingskerswell on Wednesday 25th March 2026 at 12:30pm. Flowers are welcome or donations, if desired, to The Disabled Sailing Association by retiring collection.
