BARTER Philippa Jane née Russell Formerly of Teignmouth, passed away on 19th November 2025. Private Committal. A Thanksgiving Service to which all are welcome will take place at the Church of St Giles, Bradford On Tone (TA4 1HG) on Wednesday 17th December at 2.30pm. No flowers but donations, if desired, for Parkinson's UK and/or St Giles Church Fabric Fund may be given at the service or sent c/o the funeral directors.
