SHINNER Raymond (Ray) It is with great sadness we announce the death of Raymond on 24th May at Torbay Hospital. Loving husband of Liz, dearly loved father of David and Tracey, father-in-law of Nina, grandad of George, Jake and Ella. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
