HANNAFORD Susan (Sue) Passed away on 12th December 2025 at South Hams Hospital, aged 78 years. Formerly of Aveton Gifford. Wife of Gerald, mum of Ian, Marc and Isla, mother in law of Steven and Linda, Nan of Craig, Zoe, Justin, Josh and Lucy. Funeral service to be held at St Andrew's Church, Aveton Gifford on Thursday 8th January 2026 at 11.00am followed by interment at the churchyard.
