Tomkins  Howard  ?of Monmouth, formerly of Raglan ?Peacefully passed away at home on 28th August, aged 84 years. Much loved ?Dad of Wendy, Jane and Roland and a treasured Grandfather who will be ?sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service at St Cadoc's ?Church, Raglan on Friday 26th September at 12 noon followed by interment ?at The Meadow, Raglan. By request, family flowers only.
