Jean Margaret Foley

FOLEY JEAN MARGARET  of Bromsash Jean passed away on the afternoon of Wednesday 20th. May at Hereford Hospital. Her health and mobility had declined steadily since the New Year but with great fortitude together with splendid care from the staffs at Pendeen Surgery and Ross Community Hospital she attained he 88th. Birthday on March 21st. However her health then progressively worsened and very reluctantly she was obliged to leave her beloved home at Easter, never to return as was her most fond desire. Jean's passing has made an irreplaceable loss to John, their son James and his family of Caroline, Bella, Will and Elena, together with Jean's many friends in Linton and district. From her arrival in Herefordshire in 1978 Jean was always heavily involved with several organisations clubs and societies reflecting community life thus leaving us with a host of indelible fond memories. Funeral Service at Hereford Crematorium on Wednesday 18th. June at 4.30pm. By request family flowers only please. If desired, donations in recognition of Jean's work in our community will be equally shared between Linton Village Hall and Ross Community Hospital.  Donations can be made at Hereford Crematorium or to Co-op Funeral Care, 49 Eign Gate, Hereford. HR1 1HB. A memorial gathering reflecting Jean's life within our community will be staged in Linton later in the Summer.
