Of Little Smeaton, passed away in Newfield Lodge Care Home on June 21st 2025, aged 87 years. Beloved wife of Adam and dearly loved mum of Richard, William, Mathew and Alexandra, also a dear mother-in-law, step-mother, a very loving grandma, auntie and friend to many. Service to take place at St Martin's Church, Womersley on Friday, July 18th at 1.00pm, followed by cremation at Pontefract Crematorium. Will friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Ann would be appreciated for Cancer Research UK and may be kindly left in the box provided in Church or at the Crematorium. Enquiries to Charles E. Ann ~ an amazing lady ~ first met her on our first ward together as we started our nursing career ~ we were both 18 and that friendship has grown and lasted until now ~ 70 years later! I was very privileged to be her friend for so long ~ I was indeed blessed. Eve
