Of Featherstone. Passed away peacefully in hospital after a short illness on the 16th November 2025, aged 88 years. The beloved husband of May, a loving dad to Harvey, a dear father in law to Sandra, a much loved grandad of Sarah, Rachel and her husband Johnathan, also a treasured great grandad to Alice & Tristan. Barry will be sadly missed by all of his family and his many friends.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 10th December with service in St Thomas's Church, Purston at 1.30pm, followed by a private burial, family only please at North Featherstone Cemetery. The family invite all attending to make your way after the service for refreshments to The Pontefract Golf Club. All enquiries to McTigue Funeral Directors. Tel.01977-555733
