KITCHEN DAVID Passed away peacefully on March 25, 2008, at home aged 67 years. A much loved husband, dad and grandad. Funeral service to take place on Monday April 7, at Brotherton Church, at 10.30am, prior to Cremation at Pontefract Crematorium at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
