7th October aged 73 years, at home in Peacock after a long battle with MSA, bravely fought with dignity.
Beloved husband of Tracy and
much-loved dad of Laura,
he will be greatly missed by
all his family & friends.
David's funeral service will take place on Thursday 31st October at Wakefield Crematorium at 11.20am. Formal dress not required.
Family flowers only please, any donations in lieu will be gratefully
received in aid of MSA Trust & Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
