Of Ferrybridge formerly of Castleford. Passed away unexpectedly on the 30th January 2024 aged 51 years.
The precious son of Mary and the late Brian Deering, a devoted and much loved husband to Alicia, a loving dad of Bryna, father in law to Anthony, also a very dear son in law to Terry and the late Christine. Ian will be greatly missed by all of his family, friends not forgetting his fellow work colleagues at
West Yorkshire Police.
The funeral will take place on Monday 4th March with service at Pontefract Crematorium at 11am. Family flowers only by request please. Donations will be kindly received in aid of
The Police Benevolent Fund.
All attending are welcome to join the family after the service for refreshments to The Kings Croft Hotel, WF8 4HA. Finally the family request all attending wear either sports tops or bright colours.
