Jack passed away peacefully in
West Villa Residential Home and
of Wrenthorpe, aged 93 years.
Loving brother of Mildred
and a much loved uncle.
He will be sadly missed
by all his family and friends.

Funeral, Thursday 13th June, service at St Paul's Church, Alverthorpe at 10:00am, followed by interment
at Alverthorpe Cemetery.
