It is with a heavy heart that
I would like to inform you
of Dad's passing.
He was loved by many, especially his Daughter Helena, Grandson George and Son-in-Law Chris.
He will be missed by his many friends especially Pat,
also his beloved pet Pip.
He passed peacefully with
Helena and George by his side.
The funeral will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on
Friday 5th September at 9.40am.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers, will be sent to the Urology Department at St James's, a box will be placed
as you leave the crematorium.
You are more than welcome
to join his family at the
Pontefract Bowling Club after the funeral to celebrate John's life.
