Vayro Philip James
(Phil) of Altofts, passed away suddenly in hospital on 4th October 2015, aged 35 years. The beloved husband of Sam, loving dad of Alex, much loved son of David and the late Shirley, loving brother to Craig, dear uncle, Phil will be sadly missed by all his loving family and many friends.
The funeral service and cremation will be held at Pontefract Crematorium on Wednesday 14th October at 10.00am Family flowers only please donations in lieu for The Dogs Trust may be left in the donation box as you leave the crematorium.
The family would like you to join them back at the Cobblers Knottingly Road Pontefract for refreshments.
