Very sorry to learn of Brian´s passing.
I learnt much from him when out in the field with him.
My favourite memory is our sitting in a response SUV somewhere near Rugby on New Year´s Eve 1999, watching the clock tick down to midnight and discussing the `Millenium Bug´ and what might happen on that shift!
I was pleased to hear of his success following the move to Dublin, where many of today´s APs will have benefited from his experience and wisdom.
Rest in Peace.

I worked with Brian in NATS in Dublin when he joined us as part of the "International Brigade" . Brian and Welsh man David Crofts shared a small cubby hole of an office which we referred to as the UK office. Brian was always up for the banter. I still hear Brian's catch phrase of "in my old Thrust" being used by staff when telling war stories. A loss to us all.
