Much loved wife of the late Ron, loving mum to Tina, Terry and John, beloved stepmum, grandma
and friend to many.
Funeral service to be held
on Tuesday 2nd September at
St Mary Magdelene Church, Lillington at 10:00am, followed by burial
in the churchyard.
Donations may be made in memory of Hazel to Myton Hospice.
