Much loved wife of Neil, and mother of Nicola and Sian, passed away unexpectedly
on 25th November.
Pat will also be hugely missed by her grandchildren, siblings, stepchildren, large family and many friends.
A service will be held on 16th December at Oakley Wood Crematorium, North Chapel at 12 noon followed by a celebration of Pat's life at St. Nicholas Church in Radford Semele at 1:30pm.
