John Chadwick Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John at St Catherine's Hospice, Preston on 9th June 2021, aged 74.
He was a devoted and much loved husband, father, father-in-law, step-father, grandfather and brother.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday 6th July at 11.15a.m. at St Marie's Church, Standish
followed by committal at 12.30 p.m. at Charnock Richard Crematorium.

Shocked to hear that John had died.A friend from school days and after school. He was the first old boy of John Rigby grammar school. Always knew what he wanted to do in life.
