Tragic loss.
Died 26th June 2008, at the Leeds General Infirmary, aged 20 years.
Will be sadly missed by Mum and Dad, his daughter Ruby, sister Gemma and Jay also family and friends.
Service to be held at The Venerable Bede Church on Friday, 1st August at 12.45 p.m., followed by interment at Armley Hill Top Cemetery. Flowers welcome or donations if desired to Armley Junior Community Project Link for which there will be a plate available at the service.
Adam will be resting at the Chapel of the Co-operative Funeralcare, Whitkirk.
