WAITE ANTHONY The Family of the late Anthony (Tony) Waite would like to convey their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, mass cards, cards of condolence and donations for the benefit of the Alzheimers Society, received following their sad loss. Thanks also to the Doctors and Staff at Cookridge Hospital and all the Staff at Ghyll Royd House Nursing Home, for their kindness and care.
