(CHARLIE) December 17th, peacefully in
St James' Hospital, aged 72 years.
Much loved husband of the late Celia. Dearly loved dad of Sharon, Sean and Anne-Marie.
A much loved and respected
father in law, adored grandad
and great grandad.
Charlie will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Service and cremation
THIS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22nd
at Cottingley Hall Crematorium, Leeds 11 at 9.00am.
Family flowers only please but if desired donations for
The British Lung Foundation
and a plate will be available.
