Beloved husband of Chan Lai Man and loving father of
Lily and Johnny.
The funeral will take place on Monday 9th February, 10am at Lawnswood Crematorium which will be followed by a remembrance service at Bridge Community Church at 11.30am
in Cantonese and English.
