HOLGATE Eileen (Helen)
7th January peacefully in
Claremont Nursing Home, Farsley,
aged 85 years.

Much loved wife of the late George,
a dear mum of John, Carol and Elaine, grandma of Richard, Rebecca, Jennifer, Michelle, Katie, Jack and Connor.

The funeral service will take place on Friday 22nd January at
Rawdon Crematorium at 2.20 pm.

Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu to The British Lung Foundation and The Pulmonary Care Unit, LGI.
A plate will be available at the crematorium for this purpose.
