HERBERT
MIDDLEBROOK Sadly passed away at home, on 30th October, 2008, aged 83 years.
Dearly loved husband to Mavis, much loved and respected dad of Steven, loving grandad to Julia. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends.
Funeral service will take place at Rawdon Crematorium, on Friday, 7th November, 2008, at 3.40 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Herbert to The East Leeds Amateur Rugby League Club, for which a donation box will be available at the service. Will friends please accept this intimation.
