DYER Jade Marie Suddenly on 22nd March 2016, aged 27 years.
Loving daughter to Virginia,
Terry and Lisa,
loving mammy to Ebony Jade, loving sister to Darren, TJ, Cassie, Damian, Kelsey, Kevin,
Ellie and Katelyn.
The funeral service will take place at The Church of the Epiphany, Gipton on Friday 6th May at 10.00am, followed by burial at Harehills Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, however donations can be made in memory of Jade to
The Epiphany Church.
