Martin Patrick
Passed away peacefully at
home in Leeds on 20th October,
aged 90 years.
Beloved husband of the late
Janet (née Chappell), and
much-loved dad, grandad
and great grandad.
Martin will be deeply missed
by all those who knew and
loved him.
No flowers by family request, but donations will be gratefully received towards British Heart Foundation.
The funeral will take place on Friday 14th November, 3.15pm
at Cottingley Crematorium.
